On March 12, the cycle of internal audits of the University Quality Management System was completed. Today we have worked fruitfully at the Department of Biotechnology: we have identified the potential for further development, as well as certain organizational aspects, and need to be adjusted.
During the month, 15 departments carried out audits, which provided a lot of information to improve our management system. There are still structural divisions in the administrative building, and after that – a lot of analytical work to summarize the results obtained and develop corrective and preventive actions, minimize risks, optimize processes, reduce overhead costs, and the like.
