The international conference “Quality Assurance of Medicines-2018” took place in Vilnius (Lithuania) on the 4th-7th of June in the framework of the 9th “Pharmaceutical Week of Quality”, which was attended by Vyacheslav Lebedynets, Head of the Quality Management Department, and Elena Romelashvili, Associate Professor of the Department. .
Experts on quality assurance of drugs from Ukraine, Spain, Moldova, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia and other countries came to Vilnius. There were also participants from Lithuania, in particular – from the University of Vilnius, where they offer training for the educational program “Quality Management”, which is in a way similar to our university program “Quality, Standardization and Certification”.
Vyacheslav Lebedynets made a presentation on “Some Aspects of Performance Evaluation and Motivation of Internal Auditors of Pharmaceutical Quality Systems”, which is relevant to all pharmaceutical companies.
Communication with experts from different actors in the pharmaceutical market from different countries is a very useful and important factor in gaining experience and identifying topical trends in the industry regulatory framework, technologies and approaches to quality assurance and management at various stages of the pharmaceutical product life cycle.
