On October 24-25, Vyacheslav Lebedinets, Head of the Quality Management Department, together with Svetlana Rusanova, Associate Professor of Industrial Pharmacy and Economics at the IPCSF, conducted training seminars on the topics “Statistical methods – the foundation of quality management” and “Internal audits (self-inspections): organization and implementation”, organized by the company UKRMEDSERT.

The events were attended by employees of many companies – LLC “Microfarm”, LLC “Sanofi-Aventis” Ukraine, LLC “Sperko-Ukraine”, LLC “Fapomed Ukraine”, GP “Farmatreyd”, LLC “Yuria-farm”, PE “Charlie” , LLC NPP VILAN, LLC Teva Ukraine, LLC Allergan, LLC Teta Farm, representative offices of Abbott Laboratories GmbH, LLC Astrafarm, JSC Lubnypharm, LLC NPK Teleoptik, etc.

Lecture speeches alternated with practical exercises. The main methods of statistical management of production processes were reviewed, the requirements of the current versions of the international standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 19011: 2018 were discussed, the psychological aspects of the audit of quality systems, etc. were analyzed. At lively practical classes, the technological process was modeled and its statistical characteristics were determined, a Ishikawa diagram and a spread histogram were constructed, audit checklists were developed, etc.

We are very pleased that quality management issues are so relevant and important for Ukrainian enterprises.
