On October 17, 2019, the assistant of the quality management department of Karamavrova T. V. visited an interesting and useful event, which was conducted by the Consulting Center of Kharkiv City Employment Center.

The training covered the topic of CRM – a model of interaction that defines the center of the entire business philosophy of the consumer, and the main areas of activity – measures to support effective marketing, sales and customer service.
