June 13 with the participation of the Head of the Department of Quality Management V. O. Lebedynets, a practical seminar was held to discuss regulatory requirements for quality management systems and internal audits on the basis of the Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory (BKDL) of the Regional Clinical Hospital “Regional Clinical Hospital – Emergency Medical Care and Medicine Center catastrophes ” at the invitation of the head of the laboratory Ph.D. Irina Vladimirovna Novikova.
The seminar was attended by heads of various departments of the laboratory, which is the largest in Kharkov and the region. The issues of designing and implementing the quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System “Quality Management System Requirements” and DSTU EN ISO 15189: 2015 “Medical laboratories: Quality and competence requirements”, as well as various aspects of conducting internal audits of quality management systems for clinical diagnostic laboratories.
The issues are now of great interest in the medical field, so we expect an increase in the interest in obtaining an education in the field of quality management of the NFPA by representatives of medical institutions.
