On April 23, a regular inter-departmental scientific and practical seminar was held at NUPh, this time it is devoted to two environmental dates: the International Day of Environmental Knowledge and the All-Ukrainian Environmental Day.
The main idea of these activities is the dissemination of environmental knowledge and the formation of the ecological culture of the population, as well as the attraction of public attention to environmental problems, encouraging as many people as possible to take active action to prevent the load on natural ecosystems reaching a critical level.
The seminar “Ecological Management in Pharmacy” organized the departments of quality management, processes and apparatuses of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and social pharmacy. The chairman of the SO “Social and Ecological Safety” and the Head of the Department of Clinical Biochemistry, Forensic Medicine and Pharmacy KhMAPE were also invited.
The seminar presented the following reports:
- General issues of ecologization in Ukraine and in particular in NFaU (doctor of medicine, professor, head of the department of quality management of NFU Vyacheslav Lebedynets).
- A man in the chemical world (Dr. Chem.n., prof., Head of the Department of Clinical Biochemistry, Forensic Medicine and Pharmacy, KhMAPE Irina Zhuravel).
- Logistic approaches to the management of pharmaceutical waste (Dr. Ph.D., Prof., Head of the Department of Processes and Apparatuses of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries of the NUPh Sahaydak-Nikityuk Rita Vasylivna).
- Development of international approaches to environmental safety and regulation of chemicals (head of social organization “Social and environmental safety” Yevseyeva Larisa Valentinivna).
- Myths and the reality of some issues of ecology (Ph.D., associate professor, associate professor of the Department of Quality Management of NUPh Gubin Yuri Ivanovich).
- Analysis of the availability of unused medicines in home medicine chambers and their treatment practices (Ph.D., associate professor, assistant professor of the department of social pharmacy NUPh Proskurova Yana).
